Cancelling a scheduled tour

Tours can be cancelled or rescheduled at no cost via the booking confirmation email or by contacting us directly.

Withdrawing from enrollment

Families must provide a minimum of 30 days written notice before withdrawing a child from care. Tuition is owed during the notice period regardless of attendance.

Reducing days or program changes

Schedule changes require 14 days written notice and are subject to availability in the requested program.

Center-initiated cancellation

We reserve the right to discontinue care if it becomes unsafe for the child, staff, or other children, or if the parent handbook is materially violated. We will provide written notice and work in good faith to support a transition where possible.
